Q1. Can I have samples?

Yes! we can offer samples. Please visit our website and send us the photos or product link of the items you want. According to our company's rule, samples are freely provided if in-stock, but freight cost need to be paid by your company.

Q2. What is your minimum order quantity?

For in-stock items, we accept low MOQ. The minimum order is 1 carton of each item or design.

For made-to -order items, the minimum order is usually 3 cartons for each item or design. Some items may require a larger quantity.

Q3. How to book an order online?

First add the items you selected to cart. Next mark the quantity and color. Also give us your delivery information and Shipping mark. We will check the price and shipping cost for you.

Q4. How to make payment?

We accept T/T in advance ,Made-in-China Secure Payment, Bank Transfer and Western Union.

Q5. How long is delivery for in-stock items order?

Usually Within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment. We will make every possible effort to speed up delivery.

Q6. How long is delivery for customized order (or made to order items)?

It depends on your quantity and complexity of your order. Generally 3 - 5 days for 10cartons (if stock is available) and 35-40 days for one 20GP container. We will make every possible effort to speed up delivery.
